Laid off!
Whoo. Not a moment too soon to be done for the year. Bob the foreman and I almost killed each other yesterday in an argument over where a road ended. Bah.
I have to remember to file for unemployment tomorrow.
Evidently my father has taken a job as a door-to-door vacuum salesman. I will make no more comments on that -- at least until I've a better picture of whatever it is he thinks he's doing.
And...
It looks like my off-season may get a shot of weird-for-me to start it off right.
I wonder if it'll be 4:30am when I get in this time. ;-)
Hey, at least I won't be surprised if I end up in Cleveland.
And... I'm too scatterbrained to write any more here now.
Expect at least potentially more regular updates now that I'll not be on the road for work.
