2003-09-29 - 9:38 p.m. First Monday Home So many things to talk about.
Live music all weekend. Friday I went to OMN at Amici, and it was quite fun, as usual. Saturday Josh's Show -- excellent as always. (Incidentally and about the whole weekend -- it was great to see Josh and Sarah again.) Sunday: Peter Mulvey at Canal St Tavern. Great show. Great fun. I think I only could have had a better time if I hadn't had a throbbing monster of a headache through most of the experience. Oh, and the drive back was nasty -- got home at 4, got up at 9. Yeah, fun. Worked a little help-out in the office today. (About 6 hours) Will work a few more hours in the office tomorrow. Then it's time to file for unemployment. I'm tired just now. And might be coming down with something. And hungry, too. Mom and I started Adkins today. I'm thinking I'd be happier if we had more no/low carb friendly food in the house right now. I have like, no snackage. Of course, I also have a headache -- part weather, part stress, and part my neck is nasty because of stress. I hope to be feeling OK on Wednesday, so I can go and write at Amici. I need to start getting on paper some of the character details and a rough outline for this thing in my head. Funny, it's got a lot of me in it, and a lot of those around me -- a lot of basis in real goings on. But I already can't keep track of who-is-who in terms of which individuals which characters are most strongly based on. I think I sleep now.
